We are committed to delivering quality products and a smooth customer experience. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding returns, refunds, and purchases made with Klarna.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns on all our homeware and gift items within 30 days of delivery.

Return eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

To request a return, contact us at shop@nollyhome.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or an error occurred on our part.

  • We do not offer any refunds for the Gift Wrapping service fee.

Klarna Payments

If you selected Klarna Pay Later or Klarna Pay in 3 at checkout:

  • Klarna will pause your payment schedule once your return is registered.

  • If a full refund is issued, Klarna will cancel any upcoming payments or refund the amount already paid.

  • If a partial refund is issued, Klarna will adjust your payment plan accordingly.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

  • We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we are not liable for items lost in transit.

Gift Returns

If your item was marked as a gift and purchased with our gift wrapping service and sent directly to you:

  • You may receive store credit once the return is received and approved.

  • If the gift was not marked as such, or was shipped to the original purchaser, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos, if applicable. We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund where appropriate.
