1. Scope of Service

We sell home products and gifts to customers in the UK only.

2. Products & Pricing

  • All products are subject to availability.

  • Prices are shown in GBP.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

3. Age Restrictions

There are some age restricted items in our store for example the cutlery and cheese knife sets. The buyer must be of the minimum legal age of 18 to purchase these products and that proof of age will be requested. We will ask for a proof of photo ID via email to make relevant checks, and that failure to comply may result in cancellation of the order. No ID will be saved and all emails will be deleted once age has been verified. Safety is paramount to us, so we ask that you understand our checks.

3. Payment Methods

We accept payments via Squarespace Payments (card payments only) and Klarna. We do not accept PayPal, or Clearpay.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are confirmed by email.

  • We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, including stock issues or payment failure.

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 working days. Delays may occur during busy periods.

  • Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

  • We use Royal Mail, DPD and Parcelforce for delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Refunds can take up to 7 days to process.

  • Return and original postage costs are not reimbursed, except for faulty items.

6. Warranty

We do not offer a product warranty.

7. Intellectual Property

  • You may not reuse or reproduce any images from our website.

  • Resale of our items without permission is prohibited.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Engage in fraudulent activity.

  • Resell our products without written permission.
